Designer Opportunity

Designer (Paid, Remote)The We® Group is seeking a talented designer to join our team. This is a remote position that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere.

In this paid role, you will be responsible for creating landing pages, maintaining and updating websites, creating social media posts that align with our campaigns, designing email marketing materials, and print products such as manuals and packaging. You may also have the opportunity to edit videos and work on other digital media projects as needed.

To be eligible for this position, you should have proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with Webflow and Figma. Experience with Final Cut Pro is a plus, but not required. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have strong communication skills.

This position is part-time to start, with the potential to become full-time. Compensation will be determined based on your skills and experience. You will report to the Brand and Creative Director and receive guidance and feedback from experienced professionals.

Through this opportunity, you will have the chance to gain hands-on experience working on real-world projects and tasks. You will also have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in industry-standard design practices and software, the design process, and effective communication with clients and team members. You will also have the chance to build your portfolio and showcase your work to potential employers.
